Wedding cake orders and bookings are recommended as soon as the event date has been determined. In general our prices are based on number of servings, design and complexity of each cake and once all details are finalised we are able to quote a price.
If fresh flowers are required they should be ordered from your florist and they are generally less expensive. As hand-crafted sugar flowers are labour intensive they are more expensive, but can be kept forever as a memento.
To secure your order a 20% non-refundable deposit is required as soon as you place your order for wedding cakes, 80% balance due 14 days prior to your event. All other cakes require 50% deposit, balance due at pick-up.
Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment:
Direct Bank Deposit
Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard only) through Paypal
Cheque by mail (please allow extra time if balance is paid by cheque, considering also that Australia Post is closed during public holidays and long weekends)
Money Order
Account numbers for direct deposits and the postal address for cheques/money orders will be revealed once the order form is completed!
Delivery
Smaller wedding cakes which can be pre-assembled can be picked up by our customers or delivered by us at an extra cost, multi-layered designs are delivered and assembled by our team.
All other cake orders can be picked up by our customers. We can also arrange for a delivery in which case the fee is calculated based on the distance travelled to your venue.
